A Crash Course On Commitment

Have you ever experienced difficulty remaining committed to someone who has hurt or wronged you? Has it ever occurred to you that God may sometimes feel the same way when it comes to us? We often put God in a position to look beyond our faults to stay committed to us.

In the 32nd chapter of Exodus, we learn that God wanted to incinerate the people of Israel when they thought God had abandoned them. They began to worship their own god, a golden calf, that they created to replace Him. In this message, Dr. E. Dewey Smith teaches us how God remained committed to His children at a time when He wanted to destroy them for turning their backs on Him.
