"So don't worry about these things, saying, 'what will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?' These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and He will give you everything you need. So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring it’s own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today." Mat. 6:31-4 (NLT)
Let your faith be greater than your concerns. Trust that He will provide. Struggles are difficult to overcome, but you need not worry when you have God. When you have Him, you have everything you need. He will put food on your empty table and clothes on your back. He's the Creator of all, and also the One who hands out blessings to His children.
He asks that you not carry your sorrows from day to day. Make each day new. Don't worry about what will happen. Prepare yourself instead. God knows what will happen tomorrow and has already given you the strength and courage to face whatever comes your way.
He's in your battles with you, and walks with you every day. Don't fear, don't worry and don't be afraid of your future days. Let your faith trump any of that and show God that you believe in Him and His power. Give Him today's burdens as you faithfully enter into tomorrow.
What worries are you holding on to? What are you doing in an attempt to release them?
